When will my order be despatched
Orders placed before 1pm on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays) are despatched the same day.
Orders placed after 1pm may be dispatched the next working day.
How much does delivery cost
Delivery charges are based on the weight of your order. However, all orders over £30 qualify for free delivery (up to 20kgs).
For orders over 20kgs, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm delivery options and costs.
Which courier do you use?
Orders up to 2kg are sent via Royal Mail 48.
Orders over 2kg are shipped using a next working day service (eg, FedEx).
How long will delivery take? Please allow up to 4 working days for your order to arrive.
Can I get a fast delivery service?
Yes, we offer the option of shipping via Royal Mail 24. Please select this paid for service at checkout. The cost is £5.50.
Do you deliver outside mainland UK? Yes, we do! But please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm delivery options and costs.
What happens if my order is lost in transit? In the rare event that your parcel goes missing, we may need up to 14 calendar days to investigate, submit courier claims, and arrange a resolution or replacement. We appreciate your patience during this process.
